We have always worked to protect the health of our guests: today, this is especially true.
We have always worked at Giardini Poseidon Terme to satisfy our guests. This includes taking their health to heart: during a delicate and unique moment such as the one we are currently experiencing, we have decided to adopt a safety protocol shared by all the staff to guarantee hours of relaxation in maximum safety, tranquillity, and serenity.
The protocol for safe reception that we have adopted consists of social distancing regulations the use of personal protective equipment, temperature measurement, the sanitisation of all common areas and equipment, and the administration of food and drinks in compliance with current legislation.
We guarantee a protected environment that complies with our safety protocol at our beach (Poseidon Beach) and at Il Fauno, our restaurant-bar, thanks to the maintenance of the correct distance between umbrellas, the restaurant’s outdoor tables, limited access, and the sterilisation and sanitising operations carried out on the equipment used.
Our staff has been trained and informed regarding all the provisions and measures that must be taken in order to counteract the spread of infections. They will be available to address any of your doubts or concerns.
Finally, we have made it mandatory to book access in advance to the facility and restaurant, in order to ensure that the spots you have requested are available.
