Rules of behaviour
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed access to the spa area.
- Making noise and the use of music players and/or radios without headphones is not permitted.
- Ball games and other games which may disturb or compromise the safety of guests are forbidden.
- Always get changed in the appropriate changing cabin.
- Dogs and other animals, even if small, are not allowed in the park.
- The use of bubble bath and shampoo is only permitted in the showers located inside the Indoor Pool and the Rose Garden.
- Before entering the pool or natural sauna, you must take a shower and swim caps must be worn in the pool.
- The park entrance ticket is personal and not-transferable.
- Deck chairs and sun loungers can not be reserved. Two people can use 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs plus, subject to availability, 1 sun lounger.
- Always contact the staff for the opening and positioning of deckchairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas.
