GREEN PASS – VACCINATION PASSPORTS
You no longer need a vaccination passport or certificate of recovery to access the park. Providing certification of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19, as required by law, is only mandatory with respect to accessing treatments at the Health and Wellness Centre and to dine in our restaurants.
ACTIVE SERVICES
In accordance with legal guidelines, all our services will be gradually restored.
We will start with the thermal and seawater swimming pools, Kneipp pools, the beach and treatments at the Health and Wellness Centre.
Natural sauna - Turkish bath and thermal aerosol will be available from 1 May.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS
All services will be available to our guests again, but we recommend that guests continue to:
- wear a mask in enclosed spaces;
- sanitise their hands frequently;
- maintain adequate distancing between people.
It is also recommended that guests:
- not occupy more than one spot/station;
- use a personal towel for seating.
In order to facilitate a peaceful return to normality, we will continue to apply the Poseidon Care Safe Reception Protocol, which we have shared with all staff starting last year to guarantee hours of worry-free relaxation in maximum safety.
